Lakeshore EMS interview questions

The hiring process has changed since I was hired due to change in managment. I can't comment on the current interview specifically due to the change. Once you apply they will call you in for an interview. After the interview they will cunduct a background and drug screening. So long as there are no issues with either of those they will then call you back in for orientation during the first week of the month. This doesn't garantee you have the job. When you come in for orientation the firsr thing they will have you do is participate in a lift test consisting of lifting a cot with vairous weight maxing out at 250lbs as well as carrying a stair chair with the same varring weights. If you pass the lift test you have the job and continue with orientation, if not then you will have the option you return for the next orientation (again the first week of every month) to try again.
