Laminar Projects interview questions

Had an interview with the HR department first. They asked questions about my previous experience and why I wanted to join Laminar. After being successful in the first stage I was offered an interview with someone in the planning department where I had to prepare a construction program and also a presentation on a project I was proud of, showing what I was responsible for.

The interview process is by phase. First from the recruiter; once passed, it will schedule a second interview for the hiring manager, on which this time there will be a more technical question. And if you pass, then it will schedule the 3rd and final stage of the interview process, in which they ask you to do 2 exercises. One exercise is to make a presentation on a project that you're part of, and they will act as the client. The second exercise is to make a robust schedule from the given data and information and show to the manager your logic and sequence.
