Unlike other internship application processes, there were no tests before being invited for interview. There were two senior actuaries conducting the interview, and they were both friendly. This was followed by lunch with graduates.

Interview
The whole day was much more pleasurable and relaxed than I thought it would be, all staff were extremely friendly and welcoming, and answered all my questions happily. The day consisted of a group exercise, which again was enjoyable and much more interesting than any other group exercises I have done, and 2 interviews which were about 30-40 mins each. The interviewers put me at ease and none of the questions were too tricky. We were also treated to lunch with some graduates which was really lovely.
