4 interviews; one initial screening, 2 behavioral and one technical interview. The interviews focus on your technical skills (especially software like AutoCAD/Civil3D), career goals, experience, and your fit with the company culture. Be prepared to answer questions about your background, project work, and interest in land development. There will be panel interviews but they do take a long time before responding.
