Got a call from recruiter and later a teams interview with two other geotechnical engineers. Went to the in person interview. The overall experience was a great and the questions were formal.

Spoke with recruiter on the phone first, she was awesome. Then was able to meet the team during the second interview. Great to talk to team and get to know what type of projects look like.
