Interview
Following the submission of my resume and cover letter, I've been contacted by the employer to take typing speed tests for each language I spoke despite applying for the vacancy that requires one particular language. The tests were supposed to be followed by a Skype interview to be followed by a meeting in person.

Question 1
The typing tests are standard online google typing tests which checks the number of words you type in a minute and the number of mistakes.

Interview
Simply awful. It was the longest interview process I've ever had. You usually have a typing test, first call (1 hour), trial half day (4 hours), and trial full day (8 hours). On top of this you have a half day of preparation for you trial half day and almost a full day of preparation before your full day plus follow up questions - all of which they check.
Absolutely brutal and a waste of time for such an easy job. I nearly lost my mind after a full day of Karen (the CEO) sitting next to me and telling me exactly what to do, click and type for 8 hours.

Interview
It is an unnecessarily long process. They will send you some excel sheets with more than 200 exercises, a huge FAQ for reading, will ask you to do some percentage exercises on skype, and to work two days at the heard quarters as test.
