it was a long process because there is training involved and so you have to pass the assessment and make sure that everything i s good and in line. You can practice by looking up words online because there are different kinds of people that you will be dealing with and so you must know more than one category of words.
Online interview with clear process. Part one is a test for English proficiency. Part two is an video interview. There's no real HR in the interview. Just record videos for your answers.

first the phone interview with the recruiter
then complete and pass the language tests of english and target language
then a few email back and forth
completing few forms and documents
then start training
