first they conducted a pre placement talk in which they told about our roles, the organisation, the salary offered and benefits .Then they conducted a written test test from which they shortlisted candidates for group discussion and interview.In interview they asked only easy questions from our engineering syllabus.The interview lasted for 15 minutes.
