I applied through college or university. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Larson Financial Group (Los Angeles, CA) in Sep 2014
Interview
First round over the phone with recruiter and second round with the advisor. The second round interview we talked about robo advisors and why those are bad not only for advisors but for clients. Not much of an interview but maybe because he liked me.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Didn't ask questions just talked about financial planning
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Larson Financial Group (Minneapolis, MN) in Jan 2015
Interview
I had a brief phone interview with standard interview questions, maybe 15-20 minutes, "tell me about yourself" "conflict resolution question" "what do you know about LFG?" etc.. Then I had a longer in-person interview. The in-person interview was very conversational so it didn't feel intimidating. Overall a positive interview experience.
