Interview
Did phone interview with gentleman who later found out is owner of company. Nice guy and very down to earth. Showed up a couple days later for face to face interview and met with the office employees for an informal interview and then met with the owner after. Very small office and very informal. Also VERY MESSY office paper and stuff everywhere. But people were all nice. It's in Bloomington or Edina right next to some fast food so lunch would be easy.
