This is my first time ever leaving a review, but this experience was honestly unbelievable. The process was a video call followed by a presentation round. The first interview was a bit disorganized. I didn’t receive the invite ahead of time and only got it about 10 minutes before, which was stressful since I didn’t even know when the meeting was supposed to be. Thankfully, the woman I spoke with was very kind and made the actual conversation itself a positive experience.
The second round was much different. I presented a campaign exercise, but the panel seemed disengaged from the start and didn’t ask any questions afterward, which made the experience feel very one-sided and honestly uncomfortable. At times, it felt like my presentation didn’t have their full attention, and overall the interview came across passive and difficult to read.
I understand interviews can be busy, but when candidates are putting significant time into assignments and presentations, a more engaged and interactive conversation goes a long way.
