Pros

The people under leadership (lead and below) are who drives the company forward. Without all the account managers and account coordinators, the company would be nothing

Cons

-vague feedback for improvement -lack of senior leadership with true leadership skills - leaderships answer for everything is, have you tried AI -everyone it overworked, avg 10-12 hour days for most AMs and ACs - there is very little room to be promoted from within - The company has zero benefits. No 401k, equity, half day summer Fridays...You name it, they don't have it.

Thank you for the feedback. Growth and evolution, particularly through an acquisition, can look different for everyone, and we appreciate you sharing your experience. We remain committed to building a strong product and believe that a focus on growth and a focus on product quality aren't mutually exclusive. Both are essential to where we're headed. We wish you all the best in your next chapter.

Pros

- Strong opportunity to own and build within your function - Exposure to large, well-known clients and meaningful business impact - Fast-moving environment with talented, driven peers - Ability to take on significant responsibility quickly

Cons

- Leadership and organizational direction can shift quickly, often without clear alignment or communication - Role expectations and scope can change without being formally reset, making it difficult to operate effectively - Limited support and resourcing relative to workload, particularly as responsibilities scale - Feedback and performance management can be inconsistent and not always reflective of full context - Culture can feel inconsistent and, at times, lacking the support and transparency needed for teams to operate effectively - Transitions and resourcing decisions are not always handled in a way that prioritizes client continuity or team sustainability
