Conversational, pairing on code, addressing values to determine culture fit - meeting with various teams and asking questions about the role, road map for the product. Technical skills interview with CTO
Interview took place in 4 separate back-to-back sessions involving multiple people in the company. Values, Skills, a pair-programming exercise, and a meet-and-greet. The interview took about four hours, and they offered to buy lunch.
