First was with future supervisor who asked about my background, career goals and provided an overview of the job.
Second was with the co-worker I would be working most closely with. Who seemed to try to get a feel for how organized and flexible I would be in the role.

I applied through a staffing agency.
The position was listed as temp to permanent.
The interview itself consisted of 2 parts.
First was with future supervisor who asked about my background, career goals and provided an overview of the job.
Second was with the co-worker I would be working most closely with. Who seemed to try to get a feel for how organized and flexible I would be in the role.
Once the 6 month contract was up, the position was posted publicly as required and a second interview had to take place. There was not much room for negotiating salary.

Interview
First phone interview 1:1 with the hiring manager. If you pass, then on-site group interview with different function groups of people then tour of facility. You will be asked about your relevant skills and see if you qualify. Then you would expect the recruiter contacting you and discussing offer with you about your expecting salary level.
