Very basic interview, just asked about customer service experiences, strengths and weaknesses, etc. I believe I was offered the job same day and the overall experience was very quick and easy.

Describe a time where you went above and beyond for a customer.
Friendly. Seemed interested in my goals. Offered me a good position at a fair wage. Asked great questions. Asked me to style a look in 5 minutes which was a fun exercise.

Interview
The manager was very nice. They were straight forward. The interview happened in a the store. They started off by asking casual questions and it was very smooth. We spoke about the weather and our favorite seasons. We began the interview the manager speaking about the position and what the role entitles. We then spoke about me and what I would bring to the team. A few more questions were asked and then the interview ended smoothly. Overall, very good vibes.
