Le SAC Outlet interview questions

Mi sono candidata ad un annuncio LinkedIn nel mese di giugno 2024. Vengo ricontattata telefonicamente, mi viene chiesto se avessi qualche minuto per rispondere al alcune domande. In realtà, mi è stato fatto un vero e proprio colloquio telefonico, con domande a bruciapelo e molto nel dettaglio sulle mie competenze ed esperienze passate e non mi è stato proposto di fissare un appuntamento apposito. La "telefoncata conoscitiva" si è rivelata lunga e poco piacevole, mi ha lasciato una sensazione molto negativa dell'azienda. Mi era stato comunque detto che mi avrebbero fatto sapere dopo 2 giorni se recarmi per altro colloquio presso la sede e non sono neanche stata avvisata che avrebbero proceduto con altri candidati.

The interview process was easy, questions were more about my technical background (sql, sql servee) and some about my soft skill. The company was not so good, the contract they offered me was so different from what we agreed during the interview... so i had to decline the offer.
