The interview process for a Learning Labs group typically involves an initial application review, followed by a screening call to assess qualifications and motivation. Candidates may then complete a technical or skills assessment relevant to the role, such as designing a learning module or analyzing data. The final stage often includes a team or panel interview to evaluate problem-solving abilities, collaboration, and creativity.
The questions they asked during the interview was so random and irrelevant. Even though I passed the interview it was still so bad because not one of their questions was related to tutoring.
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Learning Labs Tuition (Harrow Weald, England) in Aug 2025
Interview
First there was an online interview, and then I went to the centre and submitted a form, quizzing me about the company and how it works (with information booklet), before working with the children alongside another tutor.
