Did a total of 2 interviews, which I passed. The first interview was mainly about general information sharing for both parties, nothing special. The second interview was a technical interview. The technical interview consisted of someone just firing questions to me in a seemingly random order. The wasnt much depth to the questions. After the tech interview I got told that they wanted to continue the hiring process and that I would be send a technical test in 1 or 2 days.
Fast forward one week and there is no sign of any contact from Lemonade. I called the company a couple of times by phone but to no avail. Finally, I got an email that they were no longer interested in me.
I told them I wanted to speak about this by phone, which they agreed on. I asked them what happened and they explained me that they found another person which seemed to fit the position better. (Which is perfectly reasonable, but they could have told me). They said they couldnt tell me earlier because they were so busy.
In summary; the promised me to continue the hiring progress and send me a technical test but in reality they just disappeared for some time and then let me know their decision.
