They do a good job at evaluating both skills and cultural fit. A lot of people involved in the interview process to ensure a good fit. Very diverse and fair. Some technical questions and situational questions with managers and then head of sales. They make sure to explain the role in detail so that you understand exactly that you will be doing and they were very receptive to questions I had as a candidate.

45 minutes of basically reading over my resume and asking me to elaborate on some interests/courses/projects. Friendly enough, but not a particularly engaging/professional impression in comparison to other interviews I've had.
