I had a phone interview with HR who then set up an interview with the district manager. The district manager is the Hiring manager so his decision seemed to carry the most wait. After that, I phone interviewed with the region director which was daunting but I got through it.

What is the most challenging problem facing the industry
Initial phone interview set up with Human resources. Interview then scheduled with regional manager at their local office. A quick 30 minute interview with a chance to move to the second round.

Interview
Smooth process. HR Recruiter was very on top of keeping me informed of next steps or any delays. Interviewed first with HR over phone, then with local DM in person. Afterwards I did another DM interview over phone and final interview over phone with Regional Director.
