I applied online and was contacted by the recruiter 1 week later, i was ask some detailed(which is related to the position i applied) about my resume, then was invited to the second round with line manager. Questions are mostly about my detail on resume. Then i have chance to meet the department manager, who acted in very kindly manner and only ask several simply and easy to answer question.
