after i got a interview offer from HR, i had a 1:1 interview between me and my boss. the interview was mainly about technology skills and some behavior questions. i got offer in next day.
Applied via the company website. Afterwards, HR called to ask few questions. Then proceed with physical interview at office. Interview was ok, a technical test first followed by an interview.
In a real life interview, I faced many questions about my area of study and skills. It was challenging overall, requiring in depth knowledge and critical thinking to answer effectively.
I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at Lenovo (Morrisville, NC) in Feb 2024
Interview
Multiple interviews, more casual conversation and prioritizing discussion regarding past experience and career goals. Final interview the interviewer was going in "blind" - hadn't seen a resume, cover letter, or anything regarding past experience.
