Only First Stage of Interview. First interview was with Lenovo Manager via video call. It was a case study with questions to answer after. Few hours later there was a group interview with a different case study with Lenovo Future Leaders Program Coordinator and scribe person. After reading case study group discussed and presented ideas.

Start with personal interview in the morning, a case study around 50 min to read case then deliver a presentation to 2-3 interviewers; In the afternoon it's group interview, the same case as the personal one but might add some new information.
