I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Lenovo (Raleigh, NC) in Mar 2024
Interview
The process had three stages: briefing, technical, and behavioral. Overall, it was straightforward and aligned closely with the typical structure of other software engineering interviews I’ve experienced. I think it was personally on the easier side too.
I applied online. I interviewed at Lenovo (Toronto, ON)
Interview
after screen call with recruiter, call with 2 hiring managers was scheduled. During the interview with hiring managers, one manager was friendly and seemed to ask questions properly and understood my answers. The other manager gave an attitude like Whatever answers I provide I am not going to get hired. Was a very demotivating experience. I understand I might not be a suitable candidate and can be respectfully be turned down. There's no grilling required.
