Very informal, had an agency rep, HR manager and Senior programme manager. Questions were not very specific and focused more on dealing with issues that arise in the job. Lasted about two hours. End of the interview they invited the Vice President in for a brief chat. Found out I had the job same day approximately four hours later. Not highly pressurised and did not focus too much on processes.
