Applied to the position and then asked to schedule an interview via Google Chat. Simple interview to discuss a website, various properties, and other SEO issues/standard stuff. Everything from technical, on-page, off-page, tools, etc. was needed to pass. Very laid back, but it was quickly known that we weren't a good fit for one another.
