Interview
The process was quite quick, a first phone call from the senior technology recruiter asking for my past experiences in sales, KPI etc followed by a video interview (not the same day) with the sales director where I was asked again in an informal meeting about who I am, my past experiences in sales, my target reached etc. Last bit of the interview I made some questions related to the position and the company. Never received a feedback on why I was rejected (I found it by myself in the applicant's dashboard) If I knew that any of my interviews will never get me a feeback (regardless the positive or negative outcome) I would never waste my time with such unprofessional people.

Interview
It took 3 weeks, included 4 interview rows in total, people were nice and interview more of an informal character. I was always updated regarding next steps, final interview was in person.

Interview
Employer is very selective and negotiate on salary too much to suppress potential candidates. Hiring manager tend to micro manage and lack of experince in the industry. It is not easy to work with this employer because they do not have a clear direction.
