The interview process consisted of 3 stages, an initial chat about myself and the company, followed by a 1.5 hour technical challenge, and then a final interview which dicussed the technical aspects of the role and my abilities more in depth.

Interview
It is a three part process. First a simple telephone screening interview, what are you currently working on etc, then a more detailed telephone interview where they ask further details about what you’re doing, practices etc. If you pass that then a pairing test interview.
