I am sorry but I am going to have to give a BIG thumbs down! I had high expectations for LU being a christian university but I was highly disappointed. When I had the initial phone interview - call was scheduled at 9AM - no call so I called and he acted like he didn't know why I was calling. He forgot!! However, it still went great and he set up an on-site interview for a few days later. Went to the on-site interview and for starters - the office is a disaster not your typical office...During the interview, I believe they didn't care for me as much because I wasn't a Liberty student. They had mentioned that everyone on the team graduated from LU. I sensed some form of bias! Oh well! The topping on the cake for this interview experience was waiting almost 6 weeks to hear a response from the hiring manager after I emailed twice (once to thank the interviewer for their time) and even contacted a friend of mine who works in the office. I had to get info from my friend to even see what was going on! Then I finally get an email with a fake apology for taking so long. Liberty DO BETTER!! Train your employers how to interview people.
