I applied through college or university. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Lifion (Waterloo, ON) in Mar 2021
Interview
Absolutely the worst interview I've had this term. The interviewer was very unprofessional. He even laid back into his chair and turned away during the interview.
He drew question was given on a online drawing tool with no text, which I cannot see unless he share his screen. The problem is, he is also checking my code, which made it incredibly difficult for me to see the question. The coding editor we used was also really sub-par (think no auto-spacing, no auto-completion). I have no idea why he didn't use coder pad. In addition, the interviewer tried to explaining the question but was very poor at it, and I had to ask for many clarifications. He was talking for a long time about the question with no useful information. I got the answer at the end, but we ran out of time so I just explained how I would solve it. I didn't like the question either, it's basically a brain-teaser type question.
P.S. I genuinely doubt anyone who interviewed with him would get an offer.

Interview
It was a smooth process with one 45 min technical interview. The Interviewer was very clear and helpful. It started off with short introductions followed by a coding question. We used google docs for the coding question.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Not allowed to disclose. publicly. It was an easy-medium leetcode question.
I had one technical interview that lasted for 1.5 h. The interviewer was very calm and supportive and did not rush me. At the end, I had time to ask questions about the internship as well. Overall it was a good experience.
