I received 3 Interviews
First one was with a very professional, & passionate recruiter name “Natalie “
She ran the interview very smoothly, clarified all aspects regarding the job, asked powerful questions to qualify me for the role to ensure I’m a good fit for the position
Natalie gave me amazing first impression about Lightspeed which increased my passion to be part of a great team
Second interview was with 2 lovely, professional, and detailed oriented managers, took me an hour
Last interview was with sales manager and HR as both were very kind and nice
They asked me Behavioural questions and how to act towards specific situations
My overall was amazing, I feel I’m super looking lucky to be part of a big company and be part of a great team

Overall, my recent interview experience was okay, but I did feel the recruiter was rushing through the process. While the questions were straightforward and based on my experience, I didn’t get the sense of a real conversation or a warm environment. I think that left me feeling a bit off balance
