I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Lightspeed in Aug 2020
Interview
Intro call with Talent partner. Next rounds of interviews were a lot. 5 in 5 days of which the last one was a presentation of a case study. It ended up being more informal chats than interviews. They were with 2 people each, which now all are my direct colleagues. It's a nice way to get introduced to the company and get a good feel of what working there is like.
