      Overall, I found the interview process at Lightspeed to be very positive, structured, and transparent. Each stage was clearly communicated, and I always felt I knew what to expect and where I stood in the process. A big part of this experience was thanks to my recruiter, Serena Shallop. From the very beginning, she was hands-on and supportive (keeping me updated in a timely manner), being upfront about timelines and expectations, and showing a high level of transparency. That made the process not only efficient but also very human. I especially appreciated that she made me feel valued as a candidate, not just another application in the pipeline. Her approach reflected the kind of culture Lightspeed promotes, and it left me with a strong positive impression of the company.
