Lightspeed interview questions

The interview process at Lightspeed was structured and straightforward, progressing through a recruiter screen, a technical conversation with a senior systems administrator, a more operational discussion with the IT Director, and a final meeting with the VP of Technology focused on overall fit and alignment with their infrastructure goals. Each stage built logically on the last and gave good visibility into both the technical environment and team direction as they transition away from an MSP. The only downside was that feedback between rounds took a bit longer than expected, likely due to internal coordination, but overall the process felt thorough and well-aligned with the role.

1ere rencontre présentiel après une rencontre avec le recruteur. C'était un chasseur de tête externe. Je n'ai pas senti la gestionnaire intéressée dès les premiers instants. Les questions étaient superficielles, je me suis sentie jugée dès le départ.
