Lindey's interview questions

Not many questions were asked during the first interview, but there is also a second interview later on but it's similarly short. They also ask if you have any questions for them so luckily I had some I'd already prepared.

Quick. Lots of questions about wine pairing. I had to two interviews. The first one was more about wine pairing, menu knowledge etc, the second one was more about the training process which seemed like a lot!
