Lindsay Ford interview questions

I was called over the phone and asked to come in the next day. When I arrived I was asked to do a sales pitch on a specific car. After that I was told that I would be contacted if hired. The next day I received a call asking me to come in the next day.

It was easy. First I interviewed with a sales manager, then a panel interview with the all sales managers and the general sales manager. After few of the applicants were selected and we went to a training session for 8 weeks. Very good training program, but many people dropped out or did not complete the program because of various reasons.
