Applied online & got an email for a Interview, i selected interview day & time via link in email. This turned out to be an interview with 1 other candidate. We were shown around store & asked questions during the Tour. I was prepared for the Interview as one on one & felt like I wasnt interviewed properly myself & wasnt what I expected at all. Im still waiting to hear back from the Company

The interview was friendly and conversational rather than formal. The manager asked about my customer service experience, availability, and comfort handling alcohol sales and ID checks. They were interested in how I deal with customers, work under pressure, and maintain store standards.

Very relaxed and brief interview. We walked into the back area, sat down, and was just give a rundown of how the job works, it's requirements and things like that. Then they asked typical questions like about my availability, experience, etc.
