I think it was very well planned. Since I got the mail with the itinerary (who were the persons that interviewed me), then I got into the plant there were people waiting for me. Then I just had to wait few minutes for the interviewers. The questions were very easy for me because with every interviewer I just had to talk about my projects that I did when I was in school and my job experience. Finally they gave me a little feedback about what kind of company is LittelFuse and the job position I was appliying for.

1. First, I got a call from human resources to visit the company in order to have an interview.
2. The first interview that I had included a talk with my possible new job partner and my boss.
3. I had had to fill some information and also follow three processes on internet
4. A medical exam was require , so I went to visit the nursing area of the company to have a check up.
5. I had a new interview with human resources deparment.
