Initially a quick phone call with a lady to discuss the position and my goals/experience, she then invited me to an in-person interview with the Customer Support Manager and another employee.
During the interview, they told me how important their support department is, and that they're probably the most vital in the company. But when we discussed pay, I let them know my current pay (which isn't great), and they told me it was too high for a support person.
