I was matched for the Full Stack Engineer role, but ended up being too senior for it. Overall, they seem like a great company to work for, and the people were generally easy to talk to.
The initial technical phone screen is relatively fast paced, and there are 3 different, but quick problems to solve. Knowing about basic best practices about RESTful APIs helps here, along with some basic familiarity with data structures/algorithms.
The onsite interview is broken down as such:
1. Introductory interview focused on technical value fit. They'll ask about what you consider top qualities you look for in an engineer, your previous work experience, etc.
2. Technical challenge involving parsing, for which I was given an overwhelmingly generous 2 hours to complete. They'll provide you with two sets of cases to test against.
3. Lunch with two people from the team.
4. Code review of the first technical challenge.
5. Another technical challenge.
6. Value fit interview.
7. Interview involving salary and logistics.
That's it.
