Applied online after seeing a post on my school's career website. Got a phone interview two weeks later, followed by a Skype interview a week after that. They asked me to talk about academic interests, past internship experiences, how I work in a team, strengths, weaknesses, how would you classify the economic role of a certain commodity, etc.
