Initial telephone screening with hiring manager which took 45mins, then second round I needed to prepare a presentation and answer questions with panel of 2 (hiring manager and another management person). Also had two scenario questions. They took 2 wks to respond on their decision with reminders.

Scenario question based around a new customer and how I would approach it.
Panel interview with supe, manager, and senior specialist, and an HR round. Relatively straight forward questions to gauge gasp on GMP concepts and quality mindset. Questions to evaluate background in review, familiar technologies, and ability to identify and evaluate potential issues. Standard workplace behavior questions

Es war eine angenehme Erfahrung. Während des Gesprächs hatte ich die Gelegenheit, meine Qualifikationen vorzustellen. Es wurde jedoch deutlich, dass sie bevorzugt jemanden suchen, der bereits Erfahrung in der Produktion hat und in der Lage ist, effektiv im Team zu arbeiten.
