Took over an hour with majority of the interview focusing on character and situational handling questions. The interviewer goes really in-depth into your responses and carries the conversation. Be prepared with stories of your life.

When was the last time you failed? What was the biggest hurdle in your life?
There was a recruiter call first, he basically checked where I live, my experience for short and I got the first stage interview in a week; I will tell how it will go
The interview was first scheduled by a recruiter via email. The interview went decently and was well aligned with the Biotechnologist position I applied to, I am still waiting for an answer.

En primer lugar, me explicaron detenidamente como era la planta en la que iba a trabajar, dándome detalles de toda la maquinaria y de los procesos. A continuación me pidió que le hiciera un resumen de mi experiencia y estudios y por último me realizó una serie de preguntas.
