I applied online, on the Lord and Taylor website. I received a call a few days after I applied from HR. She asked about my retail experience, my availability and scheduled a time for me to come in to speak to the HR manager. The day of the interview, I arrived early, everyone seemed so nice. I met with the HR manager, she asked me questions like, about my retail experience, example where I worked in a team

i applied and called a few times to check my application status. On maybe the 3rd call, the HR manager finally scheduled an interview. I went in and was hired on the spot.

I applied commissioned sale associate online and I got an interview invitation email from lord and Taylor human resource manager few days later. Since I got the email on Friday, then I went to an interview on Tuesday. The interview was quick because the manager just asked some basic question. And then she asked me to wait another email once I am accepted. Unfortunately, I didn't get the offer because my limited availability.

Ask very basic retail question but mostly want to know about availability. Most of the people that was waiting to get interview got hired. you will find out same day if you're hired and also do paper work.
