A stage is required, you basically just shadow a server assistant and get a feel for the restaurant. After the stage the managers decide if you are a good fit!

One informal in person and one formal in person at the temporary UCHI location during COVID problems and prior to the opening of the Loro Heights location. I experienced a very competent and respectful host upon arrival at UCHI... I later recognized that individual as the GM of the new Loro Heights establishment. He was exceptional in his commitment to guests and to the staff in the restaurant.
