Received an email from a recruiter to set up an interview. Went through a lengthy IV process which was unnecessary for the role. All of the questions seemed to be repetitive after my 3rd IV. For a company who promotes a world class candidate experience, they really don’t know how to keep candidates in the loop (I was ghosted)
