Loungers interview questions

I was interviewed a total of four times. Three times in person at separate locations once via video call. I was offered a job after the fourth interview and was then ghosted and received an email stating my application was unsuccessful. During the process I was constantly having to chase up interviewers to find out what was going on. Horrible interview process and a complete and utter waste of time. During the fourth interview references were made to my experience that didn't make any sense. I felt the interviewer was making assumptions about my skills and ability without bothering to ask me directly. I lost faith at this point, despite being offered a job.

Conversation in the location, very casual generic questions asked as expected for barista position. Lasted maybe 20 minutes and was positive experience. Questions of strengths and weaknessses type of interview
