Had first interview, all went smooth, first with HR manager then with Ast. Store manager. Was told they like my answers and had other interviews and I was being considered for two positions at the time but one interview would serve for both.

The interviewer let me read the job description and asked if I had any questions. He also explained about the schedule and that part-time people accrue vacation hours. Then he asked me 8 difficult behavioral questions. Each one had multiple elements that had to be included. He was very kind and offered to repeat the details if I needed it. After I finished, he said he would hire me pending the drug test and background check.
