First, you get an visitor's badge with your picture on it, then you meet your interviewer and you get a walk-thru. After the walk-thru, you go to an room and get down to the questions. The atmosphere is very laid back and comfortable. I loved it.

An absolute joke of a process. Zero organization. Interviewer wasn’t even there. Secondary had no idea what was going on. Asked if I could come back on another day. The entire situation was truly unbelievable.
