I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement
Interview
Easy, just like any other retail interview, basic questions about instances you've had in the past. Just give generic, easily applicable answers and it'll be super simple to get anywhere. I don't believe they even care about how you answer, just if you're a body to fill their departments.
I interviewed at Lowe's Home Improvement (Zephyrhills, FL)
Interview
Rather easy interview process. There were only a handful of questions that were pretty standard for a retail position. When the interview was scheduled, I was told it was one person, but ended up being another person conducting the interview, which wasn't a big deal, but when you go in to the place it's nice to ask for the correct person.

When was a time that you've gone above and beyond for a customer?
It was Easy and I was able to get the job done. It was a good experience and I had a great time. Questions asked were about my experience with home improvement.
Pretty easy interview. Basic questions about work history. What experience you have pertaining to the role. A few scenario questions about customer interaction and teamwork. Pretty much show confidence you can handle the job.
